A unique accommodation on a canal boat moored at a quay very near the city center. Quite fun! Spotlessly clean and run by a charming host. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, go elsewhere. But if you are in the mood for something different in a great location with all needs met, give this houseboat a try! There’s an easy to understand guide to the facilities on the boat. Included parking is right at the boat and directions to access are complete and simple. Nearby pubs and cafes. If you go, and you see owner Mark around the boats in the morning, talk to him! He is friendly with loads of stories and information and can tell you all about the boats. Our first visit to Sheffield, an interesting city with lots of history and many restaurants, pubs and historical sights. We hope to be back!

Location, very modern and comfortable. The lift was great as we had very heavy cases.
Dave was awesome, he made sure we got to the place without an hitch and sorted us out with a parking spot.
The apartment had everything that we needed that is every amenity needed after a long haul flight.

Me and my girlfriend Sarah absolutely loved the apartment it was so clean and welcoming and had the added plus of being perfectly positioned 8 mins 😁 for walking to the 02 arena and the pubs 👍.

Cottage was absolutely lovely, host were superb added a cake and wine for a special birthday which was gratefully appreciated. One of the party had an accident in the cottage, staff where fab about it letting us know where the first aid stuff was and allowing us to stay a little later so we could get sorted.

From modern apartments and luxury villas, to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Whether cooking in your kitchen, reading in the garden, or kicking back in front of the TV – you’ll feel right at home.
Great hot tub and robes were a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen, great television and speaker system and super comfortable beds. Lovely pub a short walk away and train station very close in Penistone.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, it's very good if you plan on cooking during your stay. The location is utterly beautiful and well-connected. The flat itself is right in the centre of Penistone and within a five minute walk of every amenity in town, and only a short walk from several parks and footpaths. The flat is nice and spacious, with modern decor and a very bachelor-like feel.
Fruit, cereals, bread, eggs butter, oil, coffee, tea, milk, sauces and condiments were all in the kitchen upon arrival. Every need seemed to be catered for. Throughout the booking, Lynne was helpful and informative. The whole experience was great. As is the location!

We were left with a welcome pack of essentials including bread, milk, pastries, cereals and fruit. This was in addition to usual kitchen stock items you really appreciate at properties e.g. salt and pepper, oil, sauces. Host arranged celebratory banner and balloons as well which was a lovely touch!
Absolutely superb in every way. Would be perfect for singles, couples and families. Hosts were friendly and kind.

We loved everything about this place. We stayed in the Studio. It was lovely. Beds were comfy. Kitchen facilities just right. Breakfast delicious. Immaculate place to stay and the hosts were lovely. I liked the way it had its own entrance. The river at the bottom of the garden was beautiful. TVs upstairs and downstairs. Will stay again.
