Beautifully appointed and presented accommodation. Rachael had considered everything that a visitor would need for their stay, from coffee and tea facilities, fruit and water to a well stocked bathroom, and everything in-between.
Accommodation was spotless but welcoming, and Rachael was even ready to provide food as I had had a long journey and arrived late.
The accommodation was easy to find, easily accessible and in a great location. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will rebook when I am in the area again.

Great apartment, spacious, light, well equipped, comfortable. Fairly quiet location. Space for car. Excellent directions, all necessary info was provided in advance but Andy met me when I arrived and showed me round the apartment, even offered fresh milk for drinks.

Thank you for accommodating. Everything was very comfortable. Very nice and quiet area. House is comfortable for short and long accomodation. I enjoyed cooked at the kitchen. Morning garden gaves the energy for all days. Bedrooms a very comfortable. Small distance for downtown and markets are bonus.
The finish is very modern and massive. It’s good for a group setting as it’s very spacious and plenty of bathrooms.
Good amount of toilet roll, kitchen roll and the right pots and pans.
We had an amazing room Dining area huge bathroom good sized bedroom. Kitchen area with fridge microwave toaster and kettle with cereals and treats included tea and coffee also included. A huge garden to sit in although felt a bit uncomfortable as it was the owners area but was made very welcome to use the area with a small swimming pool also.
The flat was really as described even more beautiful with clean facilities.
Also, the kitchen was a modern one with all the necessary utensil, fridge and washing machine as described.
The security and location was also great. Would definitely recommend, and looking forward to spending our holiday there again.
Really was home from home, very clean and all the little touches like hand soap, kitchen roll, loo roll, cleaning products and milk for a cuppa on arrival really was helpful. Lovely areas to walk the dog very close to the property and there was a convenience store and large supermarket nearby too. Well placed for exploring Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Coventry
