Stayed Xmas week in Flat 1. Welcomed by host Andrea, shown around property and explained how everything worked. Plenty of local knowledge. Always take a few home comforts with me (tea, pepper) but no need as there is everything and more that you may need. Lovely xmas basket with some treats, and eggs from Andrea's own chickens. Bed extremely comfy, great sleep. Very quite area. Parking space for each flat a bonus. Didn't use the car. About 10 minutes walk to sea front and town. Walked to Paignton and Babbacombe, but buses not far to go further afield. Would definitely stay again.

The bungalow was spacious. It had all you needed in the kitchen. You had hoover mop etc in the cupboard which was useful in case of any spills or mess. The high chair was good and solid. Furnishings were comfy and lovely. Storage was good in every room. Having your own patio garden area was very nice. The facilities were fantastic. Food at the cafe brilliant. Pool wonderful. Staff fantastic. Can’t fault it at all. It made the holiday perfect. Thank you everyone who works there.
Spacious modern apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable sofa and bed, great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Everything was new and very well considered for a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful. My husband is a coeliac and cannot eat gluten but the staff and kitchen went out of their way to supply an excellent GF breakfast.
Location . Our room overlooked the tidal river Tyne with spectacular views albeit it rained a lot. We had the timeshare self catering apartment with all necessary equipment .
Location was excellent - very quiet village and pleasant views. The cottage is very smart and with plenty of room for two and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner kindly rang us at home about some spare specs we'd left behind and will be posting them on to us.
The cottage is lovely, clearly the owners have put a lot of thought and money into this renovation. The property is immaculate and meticulously maintained. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked and the bottle of wine to welcome us was a nice touch. The private garden is lovely and the owners are happy for you to use the larger lawns, with a lovely walk around the grounds mapped in your welcome pack.
The Barn Owl is the best hotel, we had on our trip through the UK. Located at the border to Dartmoor, a gently refurbished inn, a quiet garden, enough parking spaces, a excellent kitchen with freshly made food and extraordinary well cooked vegetables. The breakfast was extraordinary, too. And the owner and the staff were very pleasant.
