The location was great. Neil was so warm, friendly , welcoming and helpful even though we ended up arriving very late. He was very communicative both on the phone and in person. And proactive as called us about something we had requested on our booking before we got there. We stayed in two different studios both were immaculately clean, very comfortable and cosy even in January. Location is so close to sea and one studio even has sea views. Neil even gave us fresh milk to go with the tea and coffee in the rooms. Kitchen totally set up for self catering too. Would highly recommend. Very good value.

Apartment is very large and comfortable with all amenities one could expect. Basic provisions provided were very good. Beautiful gardens surround the property with stunning views over Minehead. Only a 10 minute walk to heart of Minehead from the property and only slightly more on return due to the hill. An invigorating return walk.

Close to the main shopping area, sea front and train station. Plenty of room, Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, good shower room and extra toilet’s all with hand wash and toilet paper. Towels provided.Good WiFi.Milk, teabags, coffee & sugar , biscuits were provided for our arrival.
Great location, just short walk from sea front and town. Lovely large room. Sea views. Lots of parking available. Beds/duvets/pillows super comfy ( slept like a log ) Excellent little kitchen area with everything you could possibly need. Tea/Coffee/Sugar / biscuits/milk all there . Room temperature was great. TV worked well.
Would definitely stay here should we visit Minehead in the future , and are happy to highly recommend The Old Stavles. Just all round GREAT !

Very spacious and clean in an excellent location close to restaurants and shops. The park is lovely too with entertainment and a coffee shop. We liked the large front room and modern kitchen.

Very happy with our stay, the room was very clean, extremely comfortable easily accessible, the shower was so nice, in a lovely, clean ensuite bathroom. Nice quiet location, very close to the town and the beach. The owners are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, great new year spent here, would definitely recommend.
Complimentary teas/coffees/ spacious room and perfect kitchenette size, available cutlery was all clean, everything you could need for self catering.
We had the sea view twin with the external en suite. Bathrobe provided for visits to bathroom if needed but we never saw other guests. Nice room decor with two comfy chairs. Small kitchenette with basic equipment ok for limited self catering only. Nice quiet location with on street parking if needed. Short walk through great little park full of squirrels to main street for restaurants etc.
