The flat was lovely, nicely laid out and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and the whole place was very clean. You could see the sea from one of the windows and there were footpaths from the property. I stayed with my 2 dogs and the owners had thoughtfully left out some treats for them.The yard is shared with 2 other properties but there is a small grass area. I thought it was great value for what I paid and would definitely stay again.

Mole End far exceeded our expectations (and they were good already, due to the positive reviews!).
Mop was so helpful and hospitable - without being obtrusive (an amazing skill!). The home cooked breakfasts were fabulous for both my carnivore husband and me (a vegetarian).
The three rooms (longe-bedroom; kitchen; and shower/toilet) were exactly what we needed.
The location was perfect for walkers like my husband and I - plus it is very close to a lovely tea room, village shop and pub.
Moreover, we were only a short drive from a number of ‘beauty-spots’ - as well as Minehead and other busier areas.

Nice property with a great location. Two bathrooms a must for us and this property provides that. Great lounge and well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and great facilities. Washer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, etc. Nice seating area at the front with the wonderful Watersmeet river running by.

It is beautifully appointed with a stunning bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need; the bedroom has lovely white good quality linen and a very comfortable bed. The lounge is well furnished and very comfortable.
It is an apartment on the top floor of a former chapel. As it is on the top floor it has actually two levels, with a large master bedroom with shower and toilet on the 2nd level. 1st level split in bathroom, living room, kitchen with seats en bedroom with two beds. Stayed on my own so quite spacious, with family probably ok although with whole family in one room it would need to be at the kitchen table.

Location great for walks along the river and gorge or up to coastal paths via Lynton cliff railway or few minutes by car.
