You can tell that the property has been newly renovated as it was in pristine condition! The location is excellent, approx. 10 minute walk to the beach with loads of pubs/shops on the way.
The apartment itself has a very comfy bed, all your amenities if you want to cook and is dog friendly (hence why we booked!). There is also a designated car space which is fab.
LOVED that there was milk in the fridge, as a cuppa after the long drive was needed.
The host was great to communicate with, clear instructions on how to pick up the keys and also directions arriving (which were greatly appreciated). It was a fabulous stay in Spring, so can imagine it's even better in Summer!

The property is perfectly placed in the centre so easy access to ALL local amenities including the amazing Lyme Regis Brewery, the beach, the shops and the fish and chip shop!!
Our stay was comfortable and the accommodation was superb with comfy bed and fully accessorised kitchen.

self catering & the kitchen was superb, with really great sharp knives!! There was enough supplies to keep us going for the 4 days. The house was so convenient to anything we needed or wanted to do. Another stay is definitely in the future.
