It was a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and while it could have had a dishwasher, it did have a laundry machine. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Also the proximity to the tube station and the wide variety of restaurants and grocery stores made it superb.

The location was perfect for my husband and I to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, i.e., parks, theaters, restaurants, museums, river, etc. The apartment was large, clean, well appointed, comfy bed, linens, towels, robes & slippers, coffee and tea, elevator, washing machine and a balcony for light and drying clothes. The Reception area is staffed from roughly 8AM to 8PM and they were very welcoming and helpful.

Apartment was large and fully furnished with everything we needed as a family of 4. We lived the location just a block from the underground and close to the local pub. It was just down the street from Kensington palace and Hyde park for morning runs, and there was a good coffee/pastry shop at the tube station. We had a great stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but the shower was nice and hot. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The small fridge in the room was useful as it's self catering. It was quite quiet inside the building. The small kitchen had a microwave, which would be adequate for one person; a toaster and a kettle and it was close to the bedrooms so it was easy to get to. I would suggest taking some plastic cutlery if you intended doing meals, and I saved a take away cup to use.

The property is very central, just a short walk from King‘s Cross/St. Pancras Station. We only stayed one night, but the kitchenette and amenities would be perfect for a longer, self-catering stay. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
