The situation of the cottage was great, very peaceful. Room sizes were great, but would have liked a hairdryer plug closer to the mirror.
Everywhere was very clean.
Views from the cottage are lovely. I liked the hosts taste in furnishings but felt it needed a little more of a ‘cosy’feel, perhaps rearranging the settees so that they weren’t right against the walls.
Dishwasher was fab, plenty big enough for two with an appropriate amount of cutlery, crockery and glasses.
We are grateful that the hosts responded effectively and quickly to our requests to supply missing necessities.

Very nice, however was not told that the grill would not be in operation but this was not stated anywhere on the booking page. Was very secluded from others and felt the privacy was well established. The staff were very nice when asking about putting the hot tub temperature up as it was set very low on first night. The dog care basket is an excellent touch and very kind.

The chalets are in a beautiful location and everything you need is provided. On our arrival Ollie our wonderful host had put the heater on and warmed up the place which was so nice after a long drive in the middle of winter. The beds are comfortable and the linen was super warm and smelt great as well. The location is breathtaking right on the Loch, with a small town with a Tesco about 25 minute drive away. If you’re looking for somewhere just to relax do some hiking and just enjoy nature this is the place.

Phenomenal location! The views are breathtaking, the cottage is so comfortable and cozy. The whole family commented on how comfy the beds are and in truth, no one wanted to leave. Well equipped kitchen, large living room and once again, what a location.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage was clean, spacious and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more. We were out for most of the day but we cooked meals most evenings so we were really pleased with the kitchen facilities. The Roy Roy Way is just behind the cottage, so we were able to go out on foot and Loch Earn is also within walking distance.
The property was very clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you need and more. The hot tub was amazing. Very clean, warm and a great size. The location was good as it was secluded and the main decking area was totally enclosed and safe for dogs to roam about without worry
Fantastic location, very warm and cosy lodge which was fully equipped with everything we’d need from kitchenware to linen. Very very clean place and the welcome pack of coffee, tea, bread, butter, milk and Scottish tablet was very much appreciated!
The fact it was pet friendly and had a private hot tub on fenced terrace. It was a good size, nice and clean with fresh towels and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also close to some great walks.
Cabin was very warm even in very cold weather. Kitchen was fully equipped - we didn't want for anything. Whole place including hot tub was spotless. Nicely separated from neighbouring cabins though not completely secluded.
