Location was excellent, view of Linlithgow loch and the Palace. Nice walkway around the loch and a kids playpark nearby. Shops and Chippys and pubs in easy walking distance. Railway station walkable but recommend taxi if you have a lot of luggage, just £4 from the station. I appreciated the 3 bedrooms not being adjacent to each other which gave more privacy. Kitchen large and well equipped, washer but no dryer. Bathroom adequate, liked the walk in shower. Linens and towels clean and not too worn.

Wonderful hosts in a gorgeous location. A roomy bolthole with privacy and a view, exceptionally comfortable and plush with a very well equipped kitchen!
I particularly liked that the bath was slightly sunken so that I didn't have to climb in and out of a high sided bath when showering. The shower was escellent.
I also liked the clever double switch on the bed and reading lamps so they could be on dim or brighter.
Also, the kitchen was fully appointed with everything I could want.
This is an amazing place. Large room, great bed, fast WiFi. The little kitchen comes with the basics supplied, some fruit. Cool LED lights on the ceiling with all colours you could want.
The location is great. Short walk from train station and plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Edinburgh is 15 min by train.
Warm welcome, comfort and cleanliness. Space, great relaxing area overlooking the garden and lovely bathroom with shower. Breakfast left in the kitchen was a lovely touch. Would love to stay again for longer.
Location is absolutely amazing! Close to the lake and palace, very lovely walk. Kitchen was well-equipped. There was some problem with hot water, but host contacted me in advance and offered several alternative ways to deal with it. I really appreciate how well it was sorted in the end.
Beautifully renovated aparthotel in heritage listed Court House. Great location in lovely old town of Linlithigow. Free parking. Not far to Edinburgh airport. Wonderful huge breakfast basket. There was everything you needed in the kitchen regarding utensils and plenty of choice for to make breakfast, wish we could have stayed longer would definitely recommend to stay.
