Lovely, house! very clean, quiet and spacious with lots of amenities. Exactly as it's shown in the pictures. Fast internet broadband which was very good for working away from home. The house is in a very good location close to Manchester. Parsonage retail park nearby with lots of Grocery shops. We will definitely, book again.

The room and house had very nice decor and in general the house was clean. Liked the use of the kitchen and house facilities. Location for us was good to see family.
The property & facilities were extremely clean & presentable. Front door was secure as had to be locked at all times. The facilities were amazing including use of washing machine, dryer, tea/coffee making utensils etc. Also there was simple food available like bread butter packet food.
Downstairs communal living room attached to kitchen was like a home from home. Shared bathroom facilities were clean & secure.
Beautifully renovated, lots of ground floor space (large kitchen/diner and separate lounge) and the bedrooms were all lovely (the top bedroom / loft conversion was my favourite). Very big main bathroom with a gorgeous bathtub and large shower area and the top bedroom had a good sized en-suite shower room too.
I like how modern this house is it's very clean comfortable and warm lots of space 3 bedrooms all great size comfortable beds I love the kitchen i want this kitchen parking to both front or back always room at the back private space for the house only . no bother the host just let you enjoy your stay and are always there to chat with if you need anything .

Comfortable beds, shower is five stars. kitchen well equipped. good television. heating system was perfect. Room for 1 car in front of the house.
Host is kind and answered in a few minutes, helped us in all aspects.
The location is good, very easy to get to and find, it's a quiet area plus you can park on the road outside the property.
The house is private and nice, it's spacious with many different rooms, including: separate large kitchen with diner, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There are so many local large supermarkets and shops nearby plus also local shops to get your supplies.
The house was truly lovely, very clean and welcoming. A range of coffee and tea were left on the kitchen table for you when you arrived along with cookies,if you eat them, with Milk in the fridge also. Just what I needed after the long drive.
