This apartment/hotel was everything you could ever want and truly the perfect way to spend New Year’s Eve. The space was massive, and with just the two of us, it felt like we didn’t take full advantage of it.
The fridge was fully stocked with everything you might need. While anything taken was billed, the prices were reasonable and saved us from venturing out in the rain. The highlight was the hot tub on the balcony—absolutely amazing! The views were stunning, with a tower clock right in front of us, letting us watch as it struck midnight to ring in the new year. Fireworks were also going off close by, making it an unforgettable experience.
The staff upon arrival were exceptional. I hope the managers see this review and recognize the two lads working on New Year’s Eve 2025—they did such an amazing job, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. They were so friendly, complimenting us and making us feel truly welcome. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
The location was ideal, perfectly central, though we did use Ubers everywhere because of the bad weather. The room was stocked with luxurious Molton Brown soap, plush robes, and thoughtful extras like hydration packs, tampons, chargers, and even a few intimate essentials—all the little things you might need.
The rooftop and balcony were the showstoppers and truly elevated the experience. This is the perfect place to book for a special occasion. I’d recommend staying for at least two nights to get your money’s worth because once you arrive, you won’t want to leave!

Very roomy, clean and modern apartment. Easy walking distance from the train station, but in a quiet spot opposite a lovely square. Easy striking distance from great places to eat, pubs and other things to do. There's also a handy Tesco Express just round the corner.
The hidden hot tub room is fun, and great for a relaxing soak. All appliances nice and easy to use. Bit of a winner all round tbf.

Super easy handover, host was easy to contact and was really helpful and willing to accommodate when we were a bit later than expected. Easy parking with dedicated spot for guests. Good value for being within walking distance to the centre of Leeds. Toiletries in the bathroom. Secure building, fob needed to get into various parts of the building. Staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Selection of tea and coffee available in the shared kitchen plus recycle bins there too.
Very easy and secure parking, with relaxing surroundings. The size of the living area is really nice and has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need and immaculate facilities. The bedrooms are really generous sized including super comfortable beds, and nice carpet. The location is perfect location, offering a pleasant 10min walk into Headingly.

Nicely decorated and enough kitchen utilities for a short break, maybe a bit minimal if you were planning on self catering properly. Self check in and parking were all seamless which is always a bonus.

Great location a few minutes walk to Leeds train station and the city centre. The dorms super clean and throughout the hostel. There is a self catering kitchen and breakfast is free cereals toast etc. This hostel is good value for money and is situated in a fashionable district with many supermarkets M&S CO-OP and Greggs.

I had a fantastic time at The Foundry Student Accommodation in Leeds. The staff was professional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen that was perfect for self-catering. The location was ideal, close to the city centre and within reach of popular attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I'm in Leeds.
