The breakfast basket was excellent/-and not all for breakfast. The setting was excellent—quiet, private, nice views. The host was quite responsive—at one point when we had a wifi question, the host’s son came over and set up the system, as well as tipping us to a lovely but low-key trail along the Devon River by the falls to the Rumbling Bridge.

The property was beautiful. The problem was that the bedroom that I was sleeping in had a wet floor and wet rug. I immediately became congested. I was sick the next day.

The two young breakfast staff were great, working so hard in complete adversity to a kitchen that couldn't get all the elements of the buffet out at one time. The bar staff were also fantastic, especially given the bleak bar area they work in.
Attended the btcc at knockhill and booked the house for the weekend. Was 15 mins drive to circuit. Perfect for our needs. Pub and restaurant across the street. Local Indian restaurant 10mins walk was great. House is clean and bright everything you need in kitchen is provided. Charlotte communicated with me all the time asking if there was anything i needed. Enjoyed my stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We loved the space, vibe and overall cleanliness of the place. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of options for breakfast, bed was comfy. It's a thumbs up from us (A&J)
Very nice room. It''s a home from home. A nice mini-kitchen which includes microwave, fridge and kettle. This is what's sets it apart from other places. The HDMI fire stick in the TV is a very thoughtful touch and well appreciated. A nice comfy bed.
