Everything really. It exceeded our expectations for what we needed and we stayed there for a whole week as we sent our daughter to University of Warwick. The key were the hosts. They were brilliant to us and really attended to our needs, even sending us to the airport after our stay. We really liked this place, it was ideally located for us and very close to the big Sainsbury's and a park. It is a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. I like the garden out back, and there were more than enough facilities in the house to meet our needs. The king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfy. There is a second shower and toilet downstairs which is great for a group of people.

Sam has such a fabulous taste. His entire apartment is beautifully decorated with high end quality items. Bed is so comfy and so is the sofa! Sam is a very generous host. You can find EVERYTHING you need! or even more than you need at home! Location wise is right on the spot at the main street and charming old Warwick town. We really enjoy staying here and sadly to depart. Definitely, we will rebook Sam's place again when we decided to make another trip out to England.

Very comfortable bed, and properly made, unlike so many hotel beds these days. Well appointed kitchen. Property very quiet, apart from the fridge when actively cooling. Good free parking facility.
Amazing value for money, we booked a room but we were given an apartment. This included a lounge,dining area, small kitchen with microwave, air Fryer, fridge freezer and a 2 ring portable hob.
Bedroom very spacious, bed comfortable and plenty of space. Big bathroom with shower and bath. Also a little conservatory

Great location and easy to find. Parking was also easy and the accommodation was well laid out and comfortable. The wifi was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and oven/hob and plenty of cupboard space.
