The apartment was comfortable and had all I needed. I really liked the layout and the views were spectacular. Excellent location too.
The owner was so friendly and accommodating. She left a complimentary breakfast for us too, which was lovely.

What great luck to have booked Barns for our stay in Ayr! Our room and bath were comfortable and spotless - but the highlight was the gorgeously equipped kitchen and the pleasant dining room. We had a lovely evening taking a break from pub food and takeaways, enjoying our own supper - and breakfast!

Only a few minutes walk from train station, easy check in. We loved the studio, very comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, and extras. Lovely small garden areas for sitting out with seating provided. Have highly recommended to others. Can't wait to return.
Basic but clean accommodation, had all the facilities it needed in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen were nice and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Great location close to Irvine town centre and near enough to the harbour. On street parking was plentiful. Good communication from staff for check in prior to arrival. Good strong wifi which was useful as was travelling for work.
The hotel was comfortable in a good location, very friendly and well turned out staff ready to help with any questions, the food was excellent 10 /10 to kitchen chef and his staff, will definitely be back to the Riverside hotel.
The location was good. We had no problem with finding parking on the street. The room was well equipped with kitchen space, which allowed us to self cater. The price was very reasonable. I would defintely book again if staying in the area.

Nice location for easy walking into town centre, good eating places- Hamiltons and The Carrick (at the cross) are two I have been to and I recommend them.
Tv in living room/kitchen was great.
Portable Electric heater in cupboard.
Dishes etc were all there as was tea, coffee, sugar and milk to start you off.
Scrupulously clean. amazing smell to corridors etc. Complimentary breakfast basket and really comfy bed. Good decoration and amply equipped for self catering. Nice hot shower.
