The accommodation has a very comfortable bed and a great shower room. The kitchen facility is a little basic but there are good cafes/restaurants nearby if required. Simon is a good host. Burley in Wharfedale is a beautiful village with great transport links to explore the countryside.

We travel / stay here for work as a couple so like to stay in one of the apartments where there is more space, living room, kitchen so more comfortable when working away from home. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are superb
The property had a lovely big living space and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of light and air. A very quiet location, but still only a short walk to the town.
1 bedroom apartment was fantastic for 3 adults. Loads of space, really comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen should you need it.

staff were mainly nice but overstretched with nobody on reception so it was ring a bell and wait for harassed staff to race from the kitchen etc to deal with us
This cottage is a hidden gem, and provides the perfect base for exploring Ilkley or the wider surrounds. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed, the heated towel rail was also much appreciated along with the very comfy bed. Michael made the check in process so easy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed, and even gave us a great list of activities to explore during our stay. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great getaway!
Very spacious lounge and bedrooms although the kitchen is small, we could have done with a larger frying pan at breakfast time as there was 6 of us so had to cook in batches. The oven was a nightmare, we couldn't get it to work as its on a timer, we had instruction but between the 6 of us we still couldn't figure it out lol
