Off street parking in an area that is otherwise difficult to find parking. It was also generally very quiet with double-glazed windows. The property had recently been refurbished and was completed to a high standard with some nice personal touches.

A lovely property. Well looked after and comfortable. A lovely dining and living room. Very light and airy property. It was also a comfortable distance from local supermarkets and beaches.
The property is in a brilliant location, from the front door you can see the see at the bottom to of the hill. All attractions and restaurants are in a 5min walk including the harbour.
The cottage is a great size with two decent size bedrooms, large kitchen and living area and it’s very tidy.
There is parking for a small car but we decided to park in a car park called DELL it was only £24 for a week and was just down the road
The owner is brilliant and advised on great things to do, left us some Milk and a welcome cake too !
I paid £61 per night for single use of a double room, which I thought was very good value right up until the point the wifi problems started. Communal kitchen was much bigger and better equiped than I had expected.
This is a perfect option for 1-2 people looking for a spotlessly clean flat with a stunning view. The kitchen was fully equipped for self-catering. The hosts live on property and are lovely helpful people who will do whatever they can to make your stay memorable.
The self catering apartment on the second and third floor was perfect, comfortable beds, beautiful sheets and pillowcases everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful views times two balconies. The soundproofing blackout curtains, use of hotel, facilities, remarkable and amazing staff
Beaufifully maintained internally-modernised old stone house by the entrance to a 18-19th century country estate with parkland. The modernisation was tastefully done, retaining the character of the (probably 19th century) property with two large bedrooms, two excellent ensuite bathrooms and a large farmhouse style kitchen with adjoining large dining room in an adjoining wing converted from a store room probably. Modenr heating system worked well and kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering.
The room was immaculately clean, with beautiful decoration. The owner, who was called Tess, was very friendly and welcoming and personally came to chat and give suggestions of where to go to visit in Fallmouth.
The kitchen was very well organised, self catering and had a microwave and many other utensils, we were able to get some microwave meals from sainsburys to heat up for our dinner and also to make our own breakfast. The beach was just behind the B&B and we could hear the waves at night which was soothing and peaceful.
Everything, spacious, clean, location is excellent, easy parking, comfy beds, lovely ensuite and shower, plenty of tea/coffee - big mugs and having a fridge in the room is great! The large kitchen downstairs is well appointed, good for self catering, but also easy to walk into town for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Newly refurbished, so nice & clean. Luxurious towels which were unexpected. Great shared self catering facilities (full kitchen with oven & hob, dining area). unlimited tea. Budget friendly without being hostelly.
Would definitely stay again.
