This is a real gem. It was a lovely apartment. Two huge bedrooms and excellent kitchen facilities. Guru was very helpful when the boiler needed resetting. The Burger Drop nearby was lovely and on street parking was easy and stress free. I liked the decor on the apartment and the large TV with Netflix was a bonus.

Really comfortable and spacious room. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Really appreciated that there was a dishwasher and that the room was regularly cleaned. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we really liked that coffee and tea were available all day for free. Breakfast was brilliant - Really substantial.

Incredible stay, Darren was the friendliest and most helpful host who couldn’t have done any more for us! the apartment was spotless! And cupboards were stocked free of use.
The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The apartment is in a fantastic location right on the Quayside and short walking distance from the city centre

Beds and bathrooms each floor good for friends. Quiet neighbourhood. Car parking opposite. Very handy location as person we were visiting in next street. Five minutes walk from local shops and restaurants and thirty from central Newcastle or ten by bus. Sociable kitchen and lounge on first floor.
Hidden in the suburb was this little find. The recliner chairs in the living room were a bonus after a long day! Kitchen small but equipped, dining room lovely and garden would have been nice if it wasn't raining! Upstairs bedrooms were roomy with lots of bedding. Separate toilet and shower over bath. Sleeping capacity in this house is huge. Easily sleeps 5-7 people if you sleep people in the living room.
In fairness, the host warned me of the broken toilet seat and asked me to wait until 9 pm before I could arrive at the property while she cleaned it, none of which I had a problem with. But the heating didn't work, the common areas resembled a building site and, despite the fully equipped kitchen, there was nowhere to sit down and eat.
The sitting room and kitchen were a good size, although only 4 chairs in The kitchen when it sleeps 6!

Sitting room was a good size. Could only get the TV to work on apps, no actual TV licence? Lights had been left on for us for when we arrived.
The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room which was connected to the yard. The area is easy to reach and easy to get Halal food/butcher. All basic amenities are available in the house
Didnt like anything!Absolutely disgusting!! No heating and the place is a fire hazard. The fire alarms kept beeping all night. Had no sleep at all with noise and it was freezing,Which suggest the alarms needed batteries. I could not believe the state of kitchen when I arrived the dirt was the worst i have ever seen.. I messaged the place for help and all I got this morning was a rude reply saying leave keys on table when checking out!
Self catering kitchen with basic materials/condiments, cooking oil, fridges for our own food, nice cooking pots and pans. Very alternative but excellent value for money in gracious converted Edwardian houses. Friendly welcoming staff.
Excellent bar, pool table. Plenty of parking. Nicely tended grounds. Nice dining room.
