Excellent location opposite working picturesque harbour, slightly spoiled by ongoing drainage refurbishment but able to drop off and pick up baggage then park reasonably close. I would suspect Parking could be an issue in Summer. Fine bed and good linen, towels etc. Underfloor heating & radiator in dining area. Fine and welcoming Bar cum Fish & Chip restaurant 2 doors away. Decent sized fridge with ice box.

The property was perfect. Fully equipped, finished to a high standard and so homely. We went for new year and it was just magical. Plenty to do if you want or perfect for doing nothing at all. The outdoor bath was great despite it being cold conditions. There was internet and it worked really well. It was just the perfect set up and we will be back. Not only because it was a great find but because it is where we got engaged so even more special. I was worried about the Road condition but even in a bmw which is low down we had no issue just took our time a little. We had one difficulty in using the oven but it was because we had not followed the instructions but Monty replied immediately despite it being New Year’s Eve. Great staff and a definite to return to and recommend xxxx

Perfect stay for a golf group. Very comfortable, everything you need for lodging. Great location, only 10mins into St Andrews and 20-25mins to the south Fife coast courses. Lovely host and the indoor studio is a total bonus. Highly recommend booking in for dinner at the local tavern. Great food.

Compact, clean, good location. Good quality fridge, all kitchen necessities and washing up & cleaning materials all provided. Plenty of good quality towels, nice sheets - thoughtful touches like good books & magazines, hairdryer, torches.
We loved the living area and kitchen. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room.
Very well appointed. We cooked and enjoyed time in the apartment.
Rooms were good size. Rear bedroom has a lovely view.
WiFi great. Proper mugs for cup of morning tea.
Booking agent was very responsive. They dropped off a heated drying rack for us and I’d book direct with them next time.

Helena Cottage is well situated next to the scenic golf course, and not far from the fantastic beach in Elie. The kitchen is well equipped & the beds are comfortable. It's great to have the small yard to sit in, & the washing line was useful. It was great having the 2nd TV in the bedroom.
Loved the location. The little courtyard was a perfect little sun trap too for a few people to sit. Having two sitting rooms was great too and the kitchen was well equipped too
The location and view from the upstairs rooms were exceptional. The kitchen had everything we needed. The big table was perfect for our needs. The fact that when you stepped outside the patio doors there was sunshine waiting for us.
Quiet rural location with nice views over the countryside, easy access to Fife coast. Lovely walking/ cycling trails around Balcarres estate, golfing next to property, beds comfortable, fast stable wifi (always important to the kids), log burner and hot tub were fun additions.
Underfloor heating kept the property warm and cosy at all times.
Kitchen was small but had most things needed for self catering.
Beautiful location! The lodge was lovely and the hot tub was brilliant. The place had plenty space but that was just for the 2 of us. I can imagine if you have a family you would maybe struggle with living space (seating and kitchen works top space) But it is exactly as it is in the pictures! We had a really lovely time away to Elie and got to see some stunning views with visiting the beach, seeing ladies tower, the lighthouse. Lovely little place!
