The rooms were a good size, lounge room/kitchen was a generous size. Very quiet, there were only two apartment per floor so very little traffic outside our door. Location was good, just a 5 minute walk to the main road and shops.

No breakfast here as it was a fully-furnished apartment with a full kitchen for self catering. Absolutely incredible apartment, very well kept, cleaned, and maintained. Located only down the road from a tram stop and two shopping centres, with a corner shop 30 seconds away. Parking was secure and the surface solid. Temperature control was excellent and easy to use, felt a touch chilly but the heating was very effective when turned on.

The kitchen facilities were well organised and modern which made self catering very easy.
The rooms (female only dorm) are spacious and the lockers are big enough to store a small suitcase.
The whole apartment was like a home, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High spec kitchen... not your basic self catering accommodation.
Royal Mile location was the best location we have ever had... Central Point for everything you need to see. Or right by the buses, to take you further a field.

It was self catering and what I was pleased the most is that every kitchen items that I needed was there. The place is cleaned everyday, bin wastes are emptied. TV in the bedroom that helps me sleep.
