Very excellent location, view and near to tesco extra. We are having a time, and Amanda was very helpful. Clean apartment and easy to access to nearest attractions. However, the heating system in the bedrooms was not working and very cool. The heating system also takes so long to get warm. Other than that, everything is 👍

Great location and easy to find. Ilona was a great host with excellent communication. We were even met with a bag of surprise gifts including one for the dog! The flat is very spacious with bedroom, living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom and hallway. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Generally, for a worn-out hostel located in an old house, you get a pretty decent stay. There is a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space to socialise. And the staff are friendly
It’s very clean! Lots of bathrooms, each floor has one. Very comfortable stay and owner is very lovely to check on us on our arrival. A lovely accommodation as its close drive to everything! Super close to ice arena where my daughter was training for an ice camp. Attractions are also just almost 5-15min drive. Free parking, great kitchen amenities and spacious, lots of rooms. Wifi is super fast and could reach every rooms. Lots of pillows too! Would definitely come again ❤️
Our junior suite was wonderful and the view was beautiful. The small kitchen area was well equipped and we were able to take our own breakfast items.
It was a beautiful set up and only a short walk from Dundee city centre.
Fabulous old building. We had a double room with an en suite. The Room was a pleasant surprise and was large and pleasantly decorated. It was clean and comfortable. Towels, kettle, tea and coffee included. Communal kitchen 1 flight down stairs with fridge and cooking facilities. Staff kept our luggage safe after checkout until we wanted to leave Dundee. Very central to town. The hotel prices in Dundee were very high for our stay and we nearly missed visiting it altogether so the backpackers was a great surprise for the price.
The location was convenient for the shops, buses and trains.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The outer and inner reception doors automatically opened on approach which was lovely after a day of travel. The suite was thoughtful, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a great shower. Loved displayed ‘snapshots’of the history of the building (jute mill) mixed with a display of historical gaming equipment. The Den was a relaxing place to meet visiting family and had board games to offer. Big M&S Food hall opposite which is handy as was self catering. Looking forward to next visit.
Lovely cottage in a good location, great views of the river. Good communication from the owner. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. A bonus was being able to get a parking space right outside. We had takeaways but the kitchen is well-equipped with all you need if self-catering.
