Absolutely spotless, 2 minutes to town, comfy beds, everything within walking distance.
Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Really nice caravan, very clean with a lovely outdoor seating area. Nice views of the hills in the distance. Great communication with the host who was very friendly and welcoming. Most things are provided that you need for self catering. Love the pencils to plant, wonderful idea and great little souvenir. Very pleasant to walk around the loch and we were also really lucky with the weather for the time of year. It was an absolute bargain price and we will be back again as soon as possible.
It was our second visit to this caravan park. We loved to return to this beautiful location and a very peaceful place!

The cosiness of the property thanks to the aga and all the unique, quirky touches in the property really made it stand out from all the others I'd looked at. I liked the fact that the owners were ecofriendly, e.g. the toiletries and limiting central heating etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and made the perfect getaway with everything you could need. The location was great - I found it effortlessly from the directions given to me and I have no inbuilt natural sense of direction.
Beautiful lake and nature caravan and area were kept clean. Lovely location for what we needed. Self catering but but lovely pubs for dinner in the local towns.
Self catering property but kitchen facilities were excellent and plenty of cafes and pubs in nearby village. Scenery was beautiful and plenty of walks near by. Wished we were staying longer
Lounge was nicely furnished and comfortable for our party size (4 adults). Kitchen looked fine - we ate out at either the Mill at Moffat for breakfast or the Old Stables Inn for dinner a short walk away in Beattock.
Pleasant aspect from the lounge / decking in a tranquil location about half a mile from A74M junction 15 (Moffat)
