Lovely apartment in a great location close to the beach and town. Was so clean and spotless on our arrival. Thank you to Donna for making us feel so welcome. Great views of the steam train passing through, from the rear window, which was a great sight to see. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent. The facilities on the park were fab - lovely swimming pool and very nice restaurant. The kids loved the playground and watching the steam trains pass by.

The apartment is beautiful and the views over Dartmouth and Kingswear are superb. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Dartmouth. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering stay. It is a five minute walk into the town although the hill is fairly steep (be warned!).

The property is literally a stones throw from the front of Dartmouth right on the river. private secure parking which is a huge bonus, a balcony view, and has everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. Spotlessly clean, with good kitchen facilities, lovely fluffy white towels and free toiletries. We absolutely loved this place. Would highly recommend and are definitely going to book again.
The location was perfect for us: super quiet, easy (own) parking space, amazing views. You need to be prepared to walk up and down stairs and hills but the view is worth it! Handy communal orchard/woodland a few yards away - great for dog owners for early morning walk. Kitchen is well equipped, and even has sharp cutting knives (rare in self catering).
This is a fabulous cottage which makes a great base for exploring this part of beautiful Devon. The owners where very friendly and helpful. It had everything you would need for a self-catering stay. The kitchen facilities where very good and I was able to cook a full meal on one of our evenings. Everything was very clean and tidy. There is a Lidl and Sainsbury's just up the road for supplies. This is a real home from home.
The location, with views over Dartmouth harbour to the river, is right in the heart of the town. The included parking space was easily big enough for my Audi A6 and not too far away from the apartment. Dartmouth itself is full of nice pubs, restaurants and shops, all in easy reach. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the dining area in the main room is fine for eating in and we made good use of it.
Have to say I have never stayed in a self catering cottage with such a well kitted out kitchen! The cottage was so clean and welcoming. Linen crisp and beds comfy. The situation, whilst being quiet was so close to everything Dartmouth had to offer. Will definitely stay again soon.
