This was a great place to stay. The house was full of quirky, interesting items and paintings. The breakfast of bacon, free range eggs, bread, butter - as well as two types of cereals and milk was a first class. Barbara was fascinating to talk too, lots of anecdotes and amazingly fit. There is a large garden. We went in September but would have loved to see the garden in full summer bloom. Barbara recommended The Knot Inn, a gastropub, which is about a mile away where we had a very enjoyable meal.

We loved the accommodation, I have never stayed anywhere where EVERY KITCHEN GADGET EVER THOUGHT OF was provided. We even had a garlic press. My daughters loved the garden which was gated so I could safely them play out whist we packed up, which was handy. There was a pond that we enjoyed feeding the ducklings on and for us, the location was AMAZING. We were central to everything we had planned over our 3 day stay.
Loved this accommodation, it is a bedroom, living room, bathroom and small kitchen, so plenty of space and everything we needed for 3 nights. Bed was really comfortable, the host was very friendly and helpful and we were able to drop bags off and check in early.
Location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to pubs and shops. We were staying for a local wedding which was 10 min taxi ride away, very convenient.
Excellent location !
We love it there.
Have stayed there twice now .
Sandra is a great host. So friendly and always welcoming. We love our self contained unit there.
Great kitchen and facilities.
Really comfortable bed .
We will be back
Location was perfect, lodges were clean and as described.
The beds were comfortable and the parking was really good.
Kitchens were good and so were the bathroom
Awesome accommodation - high spec, well decorated and very clean. Lots of space for my wedding party to all be together and for a super cheap price. There were more than enough kitchen utensils for us to cook, eat and drink and security wise, it was very safe. Really great stay, will book again!
