The property itself was full of charm. We found it touching that the owner's family had lived in the area for generations and that the owner's father would have eaten his school diners in that very space.
The general location was good, with a good mix of old and new. I didn't feel it had lost any of its charm. There is lots of different places to visit and eat.

This is a comfortable, very well equipped, spacious apartment within easy walk of the sea front and lovely local shops. Really thoughtful touches like tea, coffee and milk being provided on arrival make it a perfect place to stay. The communication from the hosts was friendly and welcoming. We didn't have any problems but I would have felt comfortable contacting them if needed.

Location just a few minutes walk from the beach and coastal path. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Cosy sitting room. Nice garden to sit in. Great communication from the owner and getting access to the property was an easy process. A gift of Prosecco and nibbles was a really nice surprise on arrival. Absolutely stunning views, garden a lovely sun trap. Garden also enclosed so very safe for our dog. Everything you think you would need in the kitchen is there. Tassimo, air fryer etc. Even dog items were supplied dog bed, food bowls, toys and leashes if you forget yours.
Location was ideal, the kitchen is like home from home - everything you need is there. Bed is very comfy and the place had a bright and fresh feel to it. We would definitely stay again.
Great location for Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis. Decent size living space and kitchen appliances were good. Heaters worked very well. Good parking available.
Home made scones, jam and cream were waiting for us on arrival. As well as a fridge full of milk, juice, eggs, cheese, butter, bacon and wine. Plenty of towels , and a heated radiator made drying wet towels easy.

Great peaceful location and views. Lovely functional apartment making good use of the space available. Great rain shower and kitchen facilities. Useful information book including details of the nearby hotel, where you can book a swim in their outdoor pool (£2) and a meal in their restaurant. We did both and really enjoyed the swim and meal. Charmouth beach is about a 20 minute walk with a great visitor's centre. Wonderful accommodation and place to spend some R&R.
it’s in a beautiful location nearby to Charmourh and the beach … it’s got a wonderful charm as it’s a historic building with a great wood burning fire and a hot tub!!!
the kitchen is fully equipped with everything for self catering and the bed is soooo comfortable that I could have slept through the whole holiday.
