Very kid friendly with lots of toys, a crib and high-chair. Multiple rooms, large sitting area with comfortable couches. Kitchen was good with everything we needed to make a simple meal (incl. oven and oven tray) with food bought from the co-op which is around the corner.

The bedrooms are spacious and the street is really calm. We enjoyed our stay there. Our children delighted in the vast collection of board games.
The only difficulty for us was how to set up the dining table for 4 persons - it's a folding table - in the narrow kitchen. We could have eaten in the living room but with children, there is always the risk that something might drop onto the carpet. The carpet is great, by the way. It makes you want to go barefoot all the time.
Lovely kitchen area and the space was much better than a regular hotel room. Host kindly left tea, coffee, sugar and milk which is fantastic after a long journey. Prosecco and chocs a lovely touch too. Really happy with our stay. Fantastic location.
Loved everything about this apartment, very comfortable stay and so central for everything. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and we even managed to get parking at the back of the property. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location, walking distance to the centre of Carlisle yet far enough out to be quiet overnight. Only 15 minutes walk to large supermarket for food shopping; corner shop nearer. Secure storage for two bikes, easily accessible. Ample kitchen facilities for two people. Beds and sofa's, etc very comfortable. Great shower. All very clean. Very prompt response from hosts and timely access instructions, etc. Would definitely stay again if in Carlisle.
This charming annex is well presented and an ideal base for work or leisure. The added advantage of having a kitchen made it a home from home. Would highly recommend it and the owner was very accommodating.
