This place is truly unique with a large spacious and well appointed studio apartment/bungalow in the back of the host's garden. You have your own garden space, bungalow and further up the garden they created this replica mini Irish pub which is yours to use as well with pool table and dart boards. Quite an amazing and unexpected experience. Superb friendly hosts, with lots of recommendations and extremely helpful with any requests.

the room was absolutely amazing. and looked just like the photos. also cannot fault the staff and welcome. so accommodating esp. when I had a random food aversion over breakfast. any issues they were ready to resolve. it is a great location to walk to most places.

The bed was very comfortable and a good size. The kitchen utilities were good i.e. oven, microwave and dishwasher. The internet was slow to begin with but once I had logged in at the complex reception it was much better back at the apartment. The gardens around the complex are excellent and very well kept.
My daughters and I loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful- clean, welcoming and comfortable.
The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great and the kitchenette was perfect for us.
Our hosts provided clean towels and warm, comfortable bedding.
Location is perfect. We walked to many beaches, to St.Ives along the coastal path and to the bus stop for easy access to sightseeing.

Such a unique setting! We stayed in Berty the camper-van, it was extremely comfortable. We had our own outdoor shower and kitchen. The views from our accommodation were breathtaking and the host was very friendly and laid back.

Difficult to describe the whole breakfast experience - genuine conversations with incredible people who have lived! The hosts have the best stories about their own “grand designs” build with all the highs & lows. Just ask them about the kitchen/living room ceiling….
Everything, we didn’t want to leave! Well appointed, bright, view was amazing, comfortable, huge shower, excellent kitchen facilities, huge comfy bed, 2 tvs and lovely tasteful decor! Excellent location for Carbis Bay & St Ives on the coastal path, and Carbis Bay train station! We had a super rainy day and it was such a lovely space just to chill!
