Great little place , only needed it to stay a couple nights so I can visit the bury arcade club which is the biggest arcade in through whole UK and it’s 5 minutes away from here. Polite hosts, they are quiet and it feels nice here . Bed is very comfortable and the room is warm with a radiator is you need it. Just call the host on his phone if he doesn’t answer the front door. There is a kitchen with a microwave to use as well
We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect for us to have our own space and is excellent value for money. Easy to access with an Aldi across the road for us to get everything we needed for our stay. Area wasn't too noisy and property provided us with all the kitchen, bathroom and TV equipment we needed. Hosts were excellent and easy to contact with quick replies to any queries we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous room with comfy bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Great facilities including drinks in the mini bar - a real treat. Lovely picnic hamper for breakfast.
Breakfast excellent, catered for for my dietary needs perfectly. Room basic but clean, needs a bit of a spruce up. Quiet room not really quiet, lots of loud chatter and door banging in outside corridor. Not hotels fault but guests not adhering to please keep quiet rules. Lots of noise from above so high floor may be quieter. Staff eager to help, breakfast staff kindly toasted my gluten free bread in kitchen and not in general toaster. Bed comfy
