The loft was clean, fresh and comfortable. The bed linen, mattress and duvet were all very comfortable too. The shower water was nice and hot. The towels were lovely and clean. The Vellux windows work exceptionally well in keep the traffic noise out so inside was very warm and peaceful. The Wi-Fi works well.

The property is perfect for a big family. Everybody had their own space. Beautiful leaving rooms. The fireplace in the kitchen amazing. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Good for exercise and fun. The house is equipped with all you need. The location is fantastic, it is just few minutes to the seaside and close to all villages in New Forest.

Superb location, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Particularly appreciated the little touches such as milk in the fridge, nice warm linen and a little Christmas tree. Location is excellent - the view on a clear day would be amazing, all the way across the Solent. The nature reserve is beautiful for walks by the sea. We had a very good dinner at the Mayflower pub. The boat was very warm, with plenty of headroom by marine standards and a practical layout for a couple with two children. Both cabins are en-suite which is great for a family. Marina facilities are excellent - main showers seem brand new, like a high-end hotel, and everything was spotless. You should plan to use the marina facilities for showering and only use the on-board toilets for nighttime (they were also spotless but sea toilets and showers are very basic - think camping a float). There was ample parking and luggage trolleys. The marina was quiet and peaceful although it was off-season, and if you are not used to boats then please be aware that all waterside lodging has noise from wind in the rigging and sea movement - I find personally find this relaxing but if you need silence to sleep, then you may not.

Very clean, good bed, nice kitchen, great location. Quiet. Good communication with the owner. Coffee, tea, etc, nice bath. And Brockenhurst is beautiful place to start hiking.
Excellent location, walkable to high street , local shops and cafes. Cottage is spacious and very clean with well equipped kitchen .Able to self cater. Hosts gave clear instructions so no problem with access. Bonus was a park run being held on Saturday at the local college at the end of the road so as runners we were able to take part.
We loved staying at Hops Main House! The location was very convenient, close to the train station, shops, river and forest. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it had everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating, extra blankets, first aid kit and even kids books and games. Andrew and Sally were very helpful and informative too.
There was no breakfast - all self catering. We found the location easily as had excellent details prior to the visit. The property was clean and provided plenty china etc
