This accommodation is an excellent choice for a stay. Situated in a newly built house, it offers a fresh and modern environment. On-street parking is available directly in front of the property; however, it may require payment or prior arrangement with the host. These spaces are generally unoccupied, should you need them.
The property has been recently painted, and all appliances are brand new. In fact, some cables were still wrapped when we arrived, requiring us to unwrap them to plug in and power the equipment. The area is exceptionally quiet, with little to no activity after 8:00 PM, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Transport links are excellent, with a DLR station within close proximity and a bus stop even nearer. A convenience store is located just around the corner for quick purchases, although better prices can be found at other nearby shops.
We had to use the washing machine during our stay, and even the host had not used it before, highlighting how new the appliances were. The room is spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit.
The host was extremely helpful, responding to our calls within approximately 10 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and eager to assist whenever needed. A television with a Netflix subscription was provided, which we barely used due to traveling with our young daughter, but such an amenity is a rare and welcome addition.
The internet connection was outstanding—exceptionally fast and more than sufficient for any online activities.
Overall, this accommodation provided a fantastic experience, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

I liked how everything matched the photos that were provided online. The instructions on some things such as the heater and how to open the sofa bed where really helpful especially as we never had either of them so we are not used to them.

Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
It was a large room with kitchen facilities as well as a shower room. All very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Plenty of space on the drive for car parking.
There is even a Podpoint electric car charger on-site (not advertised?), but unfortunately it doesn't connect very well, so my car didn't get charged up.
The property's location was excellent, with several shops nearby and convenient proximity to both the train station and bus stop. The in-house amenities, including WIFI and the kitchen, were additional advantages. The host demonstrated a keen eye for interior decor.
Provided own breakfast used family kitchen.
All family was helpful when asked anything, let us use their ironing board.
Ideal location for us wedding venue we were attending was in walking distance.S
Owners are dear folks and a nice family, bedroom, toilets and kitchen is very clean so we had a pleasant 3 day stay and we'll recommend this place to everyone interested in visiting London. House is located in Bexleyheath that's a 30 minute train ride from downtown London. We hope we'll visit again. Cheers!
