Wonderful location in the centre of Bath. very spacious and well equipped townhouse with lovely views from lots of the bedrooms. Although very central it was quiet despite being a Saturday night.

The house was better than advertised.
We loved the size of the living/dining area, which is where we spent the majority of our time.
The bedrooms were all so spacious and the mattresses were very comfy, we all slept really well.
The garden area is a nice space + there were garden games available, including a Ping Pong table which went down well with both the children + adults.
The local area is beautiful + peaceful, it's close to the river and canal with nice country walks.
The owners were very friendly and were there to help if we needed it.
We loved our stay so much we were able to extend to an extra night.
Whilst in the area we visited Bath + Longleat, both within easy reach.
We will definitely be back + have already recommended to friends.

the house was lovely and positioned so close to. town but far enough ou to. be very quiet. had wvery thing we needed. we only spent one night on our way to. cornwall, but would definately look to book again for a longer stay to. expore bath.

Spectacular location and fun views. We loved listening to the talented buskers throughout the day and the proximity to sites and restaurants can't be beat! We had asked to use the sofa bed and it was fully set up for our arrival. Communication was spectacular with great instructions for finding the flat and photos to help visually identify both the building and key location. Nadya was very responsive to questions during our stay. We stayed at 6 different locations during our travels through England and this was by far the favorite.

The room was spacious and clean. I got the best deal from booking.com. But the best part of our stay which I will use on my next visit is the SELF CATERING room where we can prepare our own food as they have a microwave, airfryer, and oven.. an extended kitchen best use for a family trip on a budget 🥰😎
It had everything we could need as a family with children, especially the bath upstairs, good size kitchen for self catering and space to explore in the yard. It feels very homey and only a short drive or bus ride from town and supermarkets. All the rooms have nice views over the town and back garden.
Our group stayed in a self-catering apartment and a hotel room. The apartment was newly refurbished to a high standard and very clean, with 2 good sized bathrooms, and a well equipped, good sized kitchen diner. The hotel room was equally well presented and clean. The location is great - about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town / Abbey/ roman baths. The owners are lovely and were very welcoming. Highly recommended
Very large room with three beds, kitchenette, and toilet/shower room. Not really suitable for a single user, this is really a self catering room for three. although sandwiched between the railway on one side and the main road on the other the room was very quiet, and warm.
Very old building. You could get sweeping views of Bath from the yard. Self catering kitchen was amazing with tall windows with the views to the garden.
Fantastic location in a lovely old house with lots of character, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bath. Car parking available on site. Very clean and well kept. Friendly welcoming hosts. A good size family room with kitchen, plenty of space and allows for self catering, very helpful. Lots of helpful leaflets of things to do in bath in reception area and host provided us with a map and pointed out popular site seeing locations.
The location was excellent a quiet street with a little shop around the corner. A modern clean apartment with very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen equipment for self catering.
Property is self catering, that said , there was a lovely selection of pastries, breakfast cereals and coffee machine provided and good quality kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking.

Great location a few hundred yards from Bath rail and bus links. The dorms are superbly clean toilets and showers are outside the dorms. There is a self catering kitchen with a common room seating area.
