This apartment is walking distance to the port and old town and therefore perfectly located for visiting Vannes. It is easily accessible on the ground floor and has a little private terrace. The living area is spacious and well appointed, the beds comfortable, and the shower has hot water with lots of pressure. Great wifi. Sophie, the host, is charming, very responsive, and demonstrated flexibility with arrival and departure details.

Exceptionally nice place, spacious, spotlessly clean, conveniently situated. Fully equipped. Luckily, Emmanuelle, the nice landlady, was there upon arrival. Otherwise I would not have been able to lock the door. You have to push the doorhandle upwards.

It has a small kitchen where you can prepare breakfast. A microwave to prepare some food. There is no stove so I don’t think it’s equipped to prepare a meal.
The hotel is in a quiet area and the parking was partly under cover but all at ground level. Our studio had a comfortable bed and a nice little kitchen with a microwave. Downstairs was a small library, mostly with French language books but some in other languages. There is a good supermarket within walking distance. English was spoken at the reception.
This property has everything you need for a self catering holiday (even a supermarket across the road) very well located for the visit to Vannes and also venturing further afield,security to enter the complex is very good so you know that your vehicle is safe also....very peaceful apartment with afternoon sun on the balcony.

What a great find! In a brilliant location. Easy to access. Perfect layout. Good bathroom and kitchen. Great to be able to look out of bedroom window onto the Place which we have so often walked through. It was lovely to stay in a medieval building close to the cathedral.

This place is exceptional. Imagine a large, private villa with 15 foot ceilings that has been designed with extremely elegant and contemporary taste. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen sleek, the living room is spacious and beautiful, the baths are great. I would happily live here permanently. In addition, the hosts are extremely kind and always around to help (if you need it). The location is phenomenal and you have a private, gated parking spot. Needless to say, highly recommended!
