A small studio apartment with a big balcony and great sea views. Although there's a bed on a platform, I have a bit of a dodgy knee so we used the sofabed, which was extremely comfortable. Even from inside the big windows gave a sea view. Lovely to walk along the beach.

The apartment has a really good location, in a walking distance from many cute cafés and restaurants. The view from the apartment is great, you can see the river and the street. The apartment is really tasteful decorated with attention to detail and has everything you would need during your stay! If you come with the car you can park for free on the street nearby or at the parking lot close the river. The host welcomed us very warmly keeping for us the parking spot next to the place and we are very happy, that we stayed at this apartment! Would definitely reccomend!

For a small studio (not apartment) of just 27 m2, there are some ingenious and interesting solutions to use every inch of space. It took us some minutes to find out that the matrimonial bed you have to take down literally form the ceiling. Then, you have to climb up a small ladder to get into the bed. Once you got there and got used to heights, you have a wonderfull view, through the window, to the sea. Huge parking with several available lots in front of a residential area with 10-12 block of flats. Neighbourhood on the same floor was quiet, except for the next morning.

The sea view from the apartment is excellent. Lovely to sit on the balcony and have a drink or a coffee. We were lucky with the weather, which meant that we could watch the sun sinking into the sea from the main bedroom. The level of equipment is excellent. My son (aged 9) loved the fact that he had a TV (with Netflix) in his room, and we liked the very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

The place is very cozy and spacious easily fitting 8 to 9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped making easy to cook a nice breakfast in the morning should you wish to.
The house is also perfectly located a few minutes walking from the water, restaurants and shops, including a Monoprix and a bakery.
It is also at a short walking distance from the port and center of Deauville, as well as the Casino.
Matthiew who was managing the property was also very responsive and helpful when needed.
Excellent apartment! It has a very complete kitchen, comfortable mattresses (including the one on the sofa bed), internal temperature control (this is really good!), and a large bathroom. It was very clean when we arrived, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Private parking included is a great advantage as the street is narrow and there is hardly any space. I would stay there again 👍
Great apartment! Equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Very clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor. Ideal location for the beach with a walk along the boardwalk to bars and restaurants. (Although the incline to the beach is quite steep and some might find it difficult.) We would definitely want to stay there again.

Kitchen was basic yet more than sufficient.
The location was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were made up with clean bedding. Clean towels were laid out. The two bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water at all times. Great shower.
The hotel is locate 3-5minutes from city center and 10min walk from the beach. There is a free parking just in front of the hotel and despite being the busiest month (august) we could always find a place to park the car.
The room is very big with everything you need (full kitchen with pans, plates, glasses, etc), mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, very large bathroom. Everything was very clean !
It was a very lovely decorated Appartment, everything was clean and functional. There was even some tea and other stuff in the kitchen to use for free. Location was perfect and it was a nice stay during rainy day. Blanket on the bed was large enough for two persons to share, even though we traveled as friends.
Perfect localization: close to the beach, all stores and restaurants within short walking distance, three times a week market with fresh local products in front of the building along the river. Very good contact with the owner and the person on the spot responsible for our comfort. Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The owner arranged for a safe and comfortable parking near the apartment. A surprise aperitif feast from the owner with great food and local cider. We will return...
