We absolutely loved this place. It's a traditional house that has been beautifully and thoughtfully converted into a few apartments. The studio is spacious with everything you need to cook, relax, etc. Everything is really good quality. The host was helpful, too. It's only a few moments to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We found it easy to park in the street outside. What a magnificent place on a stunning island.

Fabulous views and perfect location. Very spacious and the apartment is light and airy. The outdoor terrace is lovely, kitchen is very well equipped and rooms comfortable. The person who showed us around was wry nice and helpful.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It is situated right in the heart of St Martin and just steps away from bars restaurants and shops.
We felt very secure in the property and the facilities for bikes, tourist and apartment information and even for disposing of rubbish were spot on.

Really good location. One minute walk into St Martin harbour. The apartment was clean, tidy and in excellent condition. Ample space and a full kitchen and utilities. The mini garden was really nice and very private. To be honest If I could afford it I would buy this apartment and live there permanently !!
Excellent location for exploring St Martin on foot (or bike!) Great staff - really helpful particularly when our payment hadn't gone through from Booking.com. Nice clean little pool..Comfy bed and pillows. Well stocked kitchenette but no oven.
Location, pool (although very cold), and jacuzzi , very comfy beds and great showers. Comfortable living room . Very secure and felt very safe in the villa. Kitchen had everything to cook with, great outdoor plancha as well. Great welcome. Big plus that the pool Man came twice during our stay, and a garage to park the car.
