It was very peaceful and in a nice part of the lake. It is also brand new and everything was spotlessly clean! Kitchen is also fully equipped. Also beautiful mountain view from the 2nd floor of the loft (bedroom).

This place is great, walking distance to the old town, just a block from Lac d'Annecy, and a short drive to Mont Blanc. Additionally, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and grocery stores are steps away. It is clean, well-equipped, and has good space. It was very private, with its own terrace even though it’s part of the house. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. There was a cycle hire place just 5 minutes away and we cycled around the lake from the apartment. The garden was so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped and the host supplied us with glasses when we found we were lacking. Annecy was only 20mins away.
Fabulous views of the mountains. The apartment was spacious, light and airy and the kitchen fully stocked with equipment. Great location right next to a good Super U and a 10 minute walk to the lake. Secure parking.

A beautiful quiet spot not far from the beach with a river running through the back garden. Very cool and secluded with privacy and great water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment was perfect for a couple visiting the area - very clean with a spacious bathroom and separate water closet; an exceptionally comfortable bed; and a complete kitchen with everything you need to dine in. Parking is easy and wifi is reliable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. À la prochaine!
Well-taken care of, up-to-date, clean, small apartment with easy access to bike routes around Lake Annecy. We loved the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen - very convenient, especially with a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The balcony was our favorite feature. The owner had several brochures and pamphlets available and also made some great suggestions for both bike rental and dinners nearby. We easily found a parking spot in the lot or on the adjacent street.
Great location, great views, kitchen/dinning area fully fitted. Easy communication with the host. Friendly neighbours. Good access to ski slopes (Semnoz and Margeriaz). Loved the place hope will be visiting again.
