Nice and very well functioning little room, with pretty well-equipped kitchenette. Big enough bath tub, which was well-used during the hot days there. Breakfast was also a nice bonus, even I liked to pick up fresh croissants and cold cuts from bakery and market, but nothing went to waste, everything was a good quality. I had some problem with A/C, but the owners (?) were very helpful and arranged another room for me quickly. Big parking place is also very good, even if you travel with a big car, and you can get there in just a minute from large road. If you like to walk, you can reach city center in about 40 mins by foot. The place was also calm and quiet, even there were lots of kids playing in garden another side of the road. I would be happy to go there again!

This is a great place to stay. Easy access to the railway station, and the local tram station. Easy access to town, either on the tram, or a short walk. Lovely range of restaurants in the area. We loved the balcony and sat out there with a wine often. And there is an elevator! Florian was wonderful to deal with - great communications. Also, we arrived into St Etienne a bit early, and he was happy for us to go straight to the apartment.

Good location near to shops and transit. Host was great, check-in was easy. Studio unit with pretty much everything I needed, washing machine, towels & linen plus well fitted out kitchen.
This tasteful apartment is exactly like in the photos and reviews. Very comfortable and fully equipped, with a very nice view from the town square. The kitchen is well-equipped for a short stay, and the appliances are all new and in good working order. This apartment is very comfortable for two adults. It is secure and easily accessible for even the elderly or handicapped, with an elevator to the second floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very good location. Modern and well equipped flat. Full kitchen with all appliances. Very nice bathroom with big walk-in shower(good water pressure). Comfortable bed. Host very responsive & flexible with check in time (I managed to check in 2h before official check in time). Very easy self check in (keybox)- with very clear instruction supported with pictures. Very recommended place to stay while in Saint Etienne. It was actually my 2nd time & I'm going to book it again while in town.
