Central location is excellent. Functional space with comfortable bed. Kitchenette useful. Good shower. Plenty of places for light breakfast in town although not many places available for dinner on a Tues eve!

Didn't meet hosts and arrived at midnight. But the short time we were there, everything was very good. Modern, clean, nice bathroom & kitchen. Perfect stop over next to Saint Brieuc train station. Would definitely stay again.
The room is spacious and tidy, with tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped with various facilities. Outside, there is a lawn terrace offering a distant view of the harbor and the iron bridge. It is perfect for a family vacation. BTW there is an incredibly cute and friendly shepherd dog in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to friends.
Excellently located in the centre of the town with some but limited parking. We booked the rooms with the kitchen that turn out to be in the annex next door. Comfortable beds and small but nice spa.
Loved the beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Very well equipped kitchen for a long or short stay. Emmanuelle was a fabulous host, nothing too much trouble. She even booked a restaurant for us.
Our hosts were very helpful and accomcodating The room was huge and we had access to our own kitchen. Comfortable kingsize bed and the whole place was spotless. A little oasis in St Brieuac
