I had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly friendly, extremely polite, and always quick to respond, making everything feel so welcoming. The key was easy to find, and the place was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged, and the decor was charming and full of lovely details. There’s really nothing to criticize here; everything was new and in perfect condition!
The location is also fantastic—a nice, quiet neighborhood with a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and a wonderful local bakery nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

It felt very safe and the communal courtyard was nice.

Great location - an easy walk to the center but away from the noise and bustle for quiet nights. Large apartment in a quiet building, easily accessible via lift or stairs. Communication with the concierge was perfect; she was quick, responsive, and available for questions. Plenty of useful, up-to-date information about the city, region, sights, restaurants, etc. was provided. Great value for money. Nice bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the essentials.
Great size room for our family (2 adults one infant) with useful mini kitchen facilities (including dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine). The room felt recently updated and was spotlessly clean. Within walking distance to the town centre and very close to a local supermarket. Aircon was brilliant as the weather was incredibly hot.

Very comfortable apartment. Quite big too. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has the equipment you need and there is a large fridge. The location is great. You’re just a short walk away from the city centre.
You can park your car 10 min walk from the apartment for free. You can also park in front of the apartment, but this is quite expensive (except on Sundays; then it’s free)
Efficient hand over of keys and explanations from cleaner / receptionist. Excellent shower / separate toilet. Well equipped kitchen etc. with rubbish recycling....... Large settee and comfy bed. EXCELLENT AREA FOR EASY ACCESS TO HOSPITAL FOR APPOINTMENT !! Easy walk across bridge to old town. Shops nearby for essentials. Area felt safe at night and also quiet.
A beautiful apartment, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the bathroom brand new. The view of the city was magnificent. The room had everything needed for daily cleaning. The WiFi worked perfectly, and there was also a TV with Netflix. The instructions for retrieving the keys were clear, and the staff was very communicative. Not less than 10. I highly recommend this stay.
Cosy little place close to everything you want to see in Rouen, places of interest are 10-15 minutes away (walking distance). There are shops you'll love just around the corner: boulangerie, fromagerie... There's an equipped kitchen, a quirky bathroom and fast internet.
Very good location near the city centre, with quite a good view onto the Seine. The kitchen is small but allows some self catering. Everything was very clean and tidy. The key collection was straightforward. I travelled by bike and could leave it locked securely within the apartment complex courtyard.
