Good location in lovely rural surroundings. Self catering with basic facilities & lots of utensils for preparing & cooking meals. Plenty of storage space for belongings in bedroom & kitchen. Good bathroom & shower. The pool was very good; would love to have seen it uncovered! Enjoyed the visiting birds & red squirrels.

Lovely historic buildings in a beautiful setting. Just five minutes drive to Rocamadour (or nice walk) with views across the farming valley. The owners and their son were very polite and attentive and were very responsive to requests (eg for an iron, and for wine glasses and kitchenware so we could eat cheese we got from a farm stall). The breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.

The location, free parking, kitchenette, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, very clean, Marie personally delivers contential breakfast every morning, she is very knowledgeable about the whole area, and was happy to share this.
Overall one of the best 2 night stays on our road trip.
We spent a wonderful two nights at Hotel Le Troubadour with our baby girl. The gîte we stayed in was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with kitchen facilities and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in any French hotel.
The location of the hotel was perfect - within a short walk of Rocamadour, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
We highly recommend Le Troubadour and look forward to staying there again.
The studio was perfect! Very nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
Breakfast included pastries, bread, yogurt, fruit and great coffee.
James was friendly and did everything to make our stay lovely!
