I loved the everything. The quality of the staff was exceptional. They were kind, extremely helpful and just wonderful people. They went out of their ay to make everything perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a very diverse selection. The restaurant was top notch. The sommelier was a joy in explaining the wines in the pairing. There was so much passion in his knowledge and excitement of wine and food. The location was the best. Safe and quiet and close to the Champs-Elysee. The room was beautiful with so many amenities. It was perfection!
We had an issue with forgetting something in our rental car we had returned that morning in Dijon. They were going to send it to us but it had to be done with a prepaid envelope sent to the rental company. When we got to the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk was just as confused as we were as to why they needed it done this way. He called them for us and got the correct information. He wrote down the instructions in french for what we needed to do at the post office. It really was above and beyond to help us. Everything went smoothly at the post office because of the help. I forget the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was working on Wednesday October 16 in the late morning. Also, a special mention to Maria and Felice who were wonderful to talk each day.

This apartment was the bomb! I had never seen an apartment that had three bathroom facilities in such a small space. One bathroom had a toilet and a sink, one bathroom had a shower and a sink, and the third bathroom had a shower, a toilet, and a sink. It was just me and my wife, but if four stayed here, it would still be extremely comfortable. There were also 2 large- screen TVs, which is unheard of. Both of them had their own Netflix account. The language had already been changed to our language so that we could actually watch TV and understand, even though we were in another country. There was a desktop computer, with an air printer. We used this to print out Tickets to activities. Extremely helpful. Climate control was perfect. We were there in November, and it was rather cold. But the remote control devices for the heaters made it very simple to make it whatever temperature we liked. In the living room, the sofa pulled out into a rather comfortable sofa bed. My wife and I use this to lounge on and watch TV at the end of the day. The washer and dryer were amazingly convenient. Many Airbnb facilities have a one unit washer dryer combo. They are sometimes hard to figure out. This has a separate washer and a separate dryer. Plus all the detergents and things we would need are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer, everything you could want and need was provided. My wife even mentioned how she enjoyed the fan that was in the bedroom for white noise, making it easier to sleep at night. There are amazing gadgets. The TV in the bedroom comes up out of the console. The window separating the bedroom from the living room, becomes frosted so that there’s privacy, also there is a blind that pulls down for extra privacy. We walked in the neighborhood as late as midnight, and as early as 4 o’clock in the morning. It felt very safe. Everything that a person would need is within walking distance. Bakeries, are within two blocks walking distance.

Absolutely stunning little apartment, fantastic location, well equipped kitchen with all the facilities required for a self catering stay, extremely clean, housekeeping service on a daily basis, comfortable bed and furniture, nicely decorated, love having a key code instead of having to carry a key or key card, lockers for luggage on arrival and departure which is a huge bonus, full size iron and ironing board available.
Beautifully appointed room - felt like a home away from home - all the comforts you need and more. Bed was very comfy. The ambience was cosy and I enjoyed spending time there. Loved the extra touches, like chocolates waiting on arrival and macrarons waiting for me after my return from a long conference day! As I was self catering, the kitchen was very important to me, and it had everything that I needed to prepare my meals. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were friendly and courteous. All in all, a 5 star experience!
Only downfall was the self catering kitchen - the microwaves didn’t work which I really needed. But staff did help and took me to the main restaurant ones and said I could use them , so that did helpful.

Just booked self catering for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Great space, room divider with 2 single beds and a double. Well stocked kitchenette. Fab location, 5 min walk from metro to anywhere!

The room was basic but smart and clean. What I did not realize was that there was a fridge, hot plate and microwave oven in a small kitchenette area, with cutlery and crockery, meaning it was fully self contained for a self catering stay in Paris. A continental breakfast was available, and a coffee machine was in reception for unlimited free hot drinks.
It was also just 6 minutes walk from a Metro station on a very useful line. It was a relatively quiet area as well, with a choices of cafes not too far away. The hotel was easy to find.
