Self catering studio apartment, perfect for a single traveller. 2nd floor. so a bit of a hike up with a suitcase, but straightforward after that. Good facilities in the bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the Market and easy to access the Promenade des Anglais.
Excellent location for exploring the city of Nice and for great local transport links to airport, trains and buses. Did not use breakfast facility instead opting to use own kitchenette for self catering from the many local boulangeries.

Location great and central, easy to get to sights, transport and restaurants. Room was small but completely adequate, not staying there to spend a ton of time in the room. Nice to have the kitchen on site to do some self catering.
The Apartment has the most stunning vista over the whole of Nice. Although there is no balcony, we had breakfast every morning with the windows open taking in the views. The whole apartment was clean, and comfortable. The modern kitchen had everything you could need for self-catering. That makes a refreshing change, and for foodies like us, it is essential! Alexandra was helpful and informative at our arrival, departure and during our stay, ensuring everything was ok. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay!
Loved the self catering part-Nice being a very expensive place we could cook meals in the little kitchen, the building very clean and quiet.
Definitely recommend, we had the studio which is perfect for 2 travelers.
