Amanda was waiting for us with her baby on the arm to make sure we got the right address. Then she showed us the apartment ( a place one would like to stay for much longer). The description of this very beautiful and well thought out place is more then accurate. We felt at home the moment we set foot into this place. Also everything in this apartment was perfectly suited for us to enjoy our stay. There was nothing we were missing. Not to forget the terrace all around the apartment was very inviting and we spent quite some time in the evening enjoying the very special atmosphere of Juan les Pins.

What a Wonderful little place in an incredible location for absolutely everything: Restaurants, Bars, Beaches, Supermarket and Train station! Honestly, everything was between 30 seconds and 5 minutes away. The host Safwan was great and incredibly helpful. Host also was kind enough to leave bottled water in the refrigerator and an umbrella for the beach in the place. Also lots of little details in the apartment that were nice including a washing machine and coffee maker :) Honestly, the place is a little oasis in Juan les Pins! A lovely place and a great jumping off point to many other beaches and cities along the coast.

Good location next to the beach clubs and supermarket/shops. Balcony and kitchen facilities were okay. We moved to a hotel and did not extend after 2 nights.
Clean and well-equipped kitchen room, nice large bed and plenty of towels for my stay, and location was great! Only a 10-15 min walk to the nearest beaches in Juan-les-pins, 20-30 min walk to Antibes, and 15 ish mins walking to the train station. Also bonus for the property smelling AMAZING.

Location was great, in the middle of neighborhood, around restaurants and close to the sea. It was good that we came by bus, and we didn't have a rented car, otherwise, it would be quite a headache to park there (and you cannot go close to the hotel with a car, as it's pedestrian pathway only). Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.

This is a good size apartment for a family of four, or a couple. It is in a quiet, pleasant area just outside the centre of Juan Les Pins, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, bus and train routes. It has two excellent bath/shower rooms for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped apart from a few obvious omissions (see below).
The apartment complex has a pool in the gardens, and ample secure parking.
