Fantastic value. Even free street parking from 7pm to 9am and Mondays plus holidays, which the owner did not tell us about. A nice surprise. Convenient location. Everything you need inside the apartment incl. condiments, coffee etc. Super responsive host. Internet was fast.

The apartment is comfortable and well set up. We really enjoyed having the kitchen and breakfast book available. The apartment is close to the bus stop and castle grounds, and to bars and restaurants to enjoy everything Fontainebleau has to offer. It is very conveniently located.
Xavier-Alexis very kindly assisted to carry our bags upstairs and offered to bring a fan when we had a small heatwave during our stay.
The location is excellent—close to the Palace of Fontainebleau, INSEAD, grocery stores that are open every day, and a variety of great restaurants. You’ll find everything you need during your stay. The host provides timely and clear instructions. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves.
The property is excellent value for money. It has all the kitchen supplies you need to cook (although not all the pans are induction so they don't all work on the hob), the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the manager responded to texts on WhatsApp promptly.
The location of the apartment is very close to the Chateau.
The living area and kitchen are clean, modern, and comfortable.
We were obliged to use the sofa bed/chairs [See comments below about bedroom] which fortunately were very comfortable.
There are many restaurants nearby.
The property was well located, 10 minutes walk to the palace. Very clean, quiet area. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker too. Bed was nice & comfy. The host was very kind, friendly, welcoming & gave us some info about the place. I will definitely recommend this studio & Fontainebleau. Its a beautiful place to explore. I would like to go back again. Thank you so much Emmanuel for your warm welcome.
I loved the apartment, so many windows, making it bright and light, windows were double glazed, so very very quiet, spacious. Extremely comfortable bed. So close to the Chateaux, five minutes walk. Good kitchen well equipped.
