I liked everything. The location is excellent, easily accessible by car to all the tourist attractions in the French Riviera area, close to the train station and the beach in Eze. The sophisticated atmosphere of the property, luxury amenities, professional design, and attention to detail – even the bathroom cosmetics are from a well-known cosmetics factory in France. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the bed is more than comfortable. Everything is new and clean, and I highly recommend it. I would gladly return anytime.

Hot water, heating(stayed in December), room light, towels - all good. Bed is comfortable.
I was lucky to find place to park car in the yard.
There is also shared kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and even grill on the terrace.
Amazing viem from the terrace, Sitting and sunbeds on the terrace, maximally equipped kitchen, everything si there, just like at home. The freezer has an ice maker. Terraces from the bedroom. In living room is a library full of english books and games. The house has everything you need for the beach, including mats and towels. The train station is 1 km from the house, great connection to Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia, Nice

Great location with a bus stop in front of the house. Home away from home- perfect little cottage with everything we need and a beautiful terrace with a view. Steps to the beach. Great bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked for our 10 day stay. Mario was a wonderful helpful and friendly host.
It was a lovely studio ! Beautifully decorated and with all modern amenities, new kitchen etc. there was a view of the sea and access to the beach via a little tunnel close by. It was 10 mins walk to the train and buses stopped right outside . The host was wonderful, very helpful ! Fantastic !!
Beautiful and convenient location. Comfortable good size room with small kitchen which was very useful. Bathroom very nice. Great view and parking spot. The host was nice, leaving us some grapes from their vine and respected our privacy
