Clean and comfortable apartment, fully equipped even with dryer machine. Very nice and responsive host. The location was also nice, 20 mins to 1st area where we can just park there and explore Paris. Highly recommend.

We felt like home. It was perfect.
The location can host up to 4 adults but the best is of a family with 2 or maximum 3 children (depending on the age of the children)
The apartment has many facilities for small children which is great.
Additional information:
- the apartment is at the ground floor and has a green small terrace in front of it that can be accessed (e.g. for a coffee)
- there are 3 doors from street before reaching the apartment door (however, all doors open with a black token attached to the key - so it is easy)
- the thrash has to be sorted and thrown downstairs (via elevator)
- you receive only one key and you should not forget it inside because the apartment door cannot be open without a key
- we did not notice any significant noise in the morning and we slept late :)

Nice little apartment overlooking the Lake, the place was very private ideal for a 2 day business trip and the WIFI worked well. The space was neat and tidy and had everything one would expect for a self catering break. there was a huge shopping Mall literally on the doorstep with all the shopping you could ever want , there is a big Carrefour where I done my shopping and the 3rd floor there are all fast food outlets and chain restaurants if thats your thing.

Apartment was as good, had all facilities as advertised. Everything worked, heating was good, fast internet, TV, all kitchen equipment, complimentary shower gels, shampoo and vanity sets…all god. Shower had a mishap upon our arrival but host Johanna was quick to fix it. All good. Budget flat which has essentials you need.
It was an amazing experience to rent this flat. The apartment is spacious and cozy, almost new. There is absolutely everything for a comfortable life: fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable places to sleep, a calmly private building with a private parking lot. Only 7-10 min to a metro, patisserie, Lidl.
And it takes 30 min to get to the centre of Paris. Owners are extremely kind people. special thanks to Adelin for her care.

The appart is about 5 minutes from the metro station and it took about 15 minutes to Paris city
The kitchen equipment was great. The washer machine was very practical.
The Green area around the appart is vers relaxing .
Very nice place, small but comfortable. Close to the train station and to 3 small supermarkets. It's a nice and quiet area. The kitchen had all the basic things that are needed. The host left us a drying rack when we needed as we used the washing machine.
The room was clean, the kitchen and crockery were clean, all the rooms and bedding were clean, the staff was very friendly and smiling, the location is good near the metro that goes directly to the center of Paris, very close to the bakery with the best croissants, a machine downstairs with drinks and snacks were very welcome, everything was ok, the surroundings were also fine
great clean studio with a kitchen, coffee maker, cooking utensils, an iron and hairdryer and soap and towels.

buses are 2 minutes away as well as shops and a lidl.
about a 15 minute walk from train stations, get to centre of paris in 40 mins/disneyland about an hour away.
