This is the third year that we have stayed at this excellent seaside property. The furniture is very comfortable and the view of the ocean from the living room was very relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need. Wi-Fi was excellent. The washer-dryer combination worked well. The reserved parking was much appreciated. As always, the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

It was a very warm welcome by Daniel, the owner, upon arrival. He showed us around and the house was exceptionally well equipped, spacious and clean. During our stay Daniel gave us advice on the area and pointed out some lovely places to visit. We haf a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The apartment has really good location, the ocean is literally at the end of the street:) The city center with the shops is also a just few hundred meters away. The apartment itself is quite small, but large enough for four people. You can find everything you need in the kitchen. And the host was very kind and helpful.
Apartment was small as expected but well thought out with everything you need - well equipped kitchen, good shower, dishwasher etc. Bedroom very quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed. Garden was lovely and got a lot of sun, tabac/bar 3 minutes walk where could buy morning croissants in the shop, or have an aperitif in the evening overlooking the sea. Lovely walk into town along coast, or quick walk through streets (15 minutes).
The whole property is lovely… beautiful grounds overlooking the ocean. Our apartment was spacious and modern, with an excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of things to do in the local area including fabulous seafood and the old town. The recommendations from our hosts were spot on. Don’t forget to try to local bakery - a gem!
The apartment and location are fabulous. Would definitely stay there again. The apartment was very large, much bigger than you would expect with a large laundry / bathroom and a very large drying room. The kitchen was well fitted out, the bed, large and a quiet street. We found parking easy in the streets. The apartment location is 5 minutes walk to the Carrefore groceries and 3 min walk to the harbour, 10 mins to the walled city island (which is a must visit)
Apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area of Concarneau, minutes from town centre and old walled town. Romain, our host, met us on arrival and showed us around the property which was spotlessly clean with all mod cons. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds super comfortable. Romain took the time and trouble to point out places of interest and some good restaurants. Thanks Romain.

Spacious, ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms have large double beds and there’s a child’s cot in the main bedroom. Living room is large with two sofas and a large t.v. Kitchen/dining room is a bit cramped for more than two people. Large 2 door fridge. Car parking on site is close to the entry. Hall door opens onto a green area with outdoor seating. it was easy access to Concarneau which is approx 15 km towards the coast. Lidl supermarket is just down the road.
This is an excellent studio apartment, very comfortable and well equipped, with an outstanding view of the sea. No hesitation in recommending a stay. Other benefits were private car parking right outside and a TV with BBC World and access to Netflix, great for English speaking visitors. The kitchen area was better equipped than many much bigger kitchens that we have had elsewhere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk from the centre a Concarneau.
The apartment was easy to find, the instructions for access very clear, and it offered everything we expected : good central location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, very good kitchen and shower facilities.
