Secure private parking on the property.. host was wonderful.. provided lots of details of the area and transport options into downtown Cannes. Room was decent size and bathroom was clean, roomy and stylish.. good roomy shower.. common room with balcony where continental breakfast is served by the host.. good fresh selection of fruit, meat, cheeses, fruit juice etc.. 5 minute walk to the Main Street where lots of food choices can be found - takeout or dine in.. I ate at an Italian restaurant run by a guy from Naples - great pizzas! There’s a large supermarket at the end of the street.. you can walk to the local beach in 10 minutes.. busses to downtown Cannes run every 10 minutes and fare is €1.70 each way (Nov 2014).. journey takes 15 minutes so it is great value.. there are parking garages downtown which offer free parking for two hours..
I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights stay and recommend the place..

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was available at the house: beach parasol, kitchen basic needs,....
The rooms were big. It was few walking steps from the beach. We will definitely be back and stay at the property.
Fantastic view of pool and sea. Great beaches. Train and bus were close. Supermarkets and shops very close by. Good kitchenette and comfortable pull out sofa bed.
Seemed like a safe building, no strangers wandering about, lots of grumpy signs up from the other residents about kids being noisy etc. Also quite near the station which was great. Nowhere outside to lock my bike, but they didn't complain about it being in the lobby. Quiet room though and little kitchen area. Not amazing, not worth the money, but of the limited options in Cannes this one is okay.

The AC was amazing and such a relief walking in from a very hot outside in July! The property is very neatly renovated and everything new. The towles are new and soft. A Spar and Carrefour only 5 minute walk away for any self catering needs. The beach also a 5 minute walk away.
Appartement very clean..fully equipped with all basic products needed in the kitchen and the bathroom..very well located, 300m from croisette.

Great location, very clean and spacious room with good size bathroom. The room standards are well above the 2 star (book the superior room) and offer two great balconies, comfortable bed, very quiet air-conditioning and a small kitchenet (fridge and a coffeemaker). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
