It was well positioned, sea view, well aerated. It has all what you need in the kitchen. The lit canapé was comfortable. We had a cot for the baby like we requested
The air conditioning was good to have but took quite a while to cool the living room / kitchen area down
Very good kitchen set up, everything that you could need. Full size fridge freezer / cooking facilities. Also a washing machine although we didn't use that.

Three swimming pools so ideal for any age younger children to adults. Exceptionally clean. we also was very impressed by the security round the pool for families, only way in and out. The rooms very impressive separate bedroom, kitchen with cooker fridge/freezer microwave also washing machine. The staff were very friendly they were able to communicate in english. Receptionist friendly and helpful. We were so impressed we extended our stay, and will be back next year with the family. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
The apartment is perfect for holidays near the sea for the big family or company of friends. It is very well equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Kitchen has a lot of different equipment and tools for cooking. There were even beach umbrellas and toys for kids. 2 baths are really helpful when you have 8 people in the apartment. And its shape and size allow not feel overcrowded there. The beach is very close, and there are many shops and restaurants, bars nearby yet the street is not very loud.
Very clean and comfy place,
Aparment is in the ground floor of a corner, very very close to the "popular" street with bars & restaurantes at 2 streets distance, beach is at 4 streets.
Bus line 3 is at 4 streets, so you can arrive from and go easily back to Perpignan, very nice location.
Place fits 2 easily, you have a fully equipmed small kitchen and full AC unit, just what you need for a small weekend break
Very good sized apartment, good amenties and functional kitchen. Was nice to sit on the balcony. Location is around 5 minutes walk to the beach, parking was easy. Easy to check in with key box, clear instructions given.
