Host was very friendly and informative, and the flat was huge and well laid out. It was very quiet and exceptionally well located for transport. Instructions were given for everything, and the washing machine was very welcome.

The apartment is located in a building close to the railway station and main means of public transportation are within a few minutes walk. Also very close to downtown/ touristic part of the city. I had to go daily to GANIL and thus found the proximity to tram very useful. The apartment was very clean, reasonably well furnished and quiet. All in all, I think the value for money was high.

The location and building were great as it was near city centre and the room was fully furnished with all basic amenities e.g. small kitchen, microwave, electric stove, washing machine. The host was very nice and although it wasn't clear how to enter the parking lot (and front door), my neighbour travellers just arrived at the same time, helping me entering the place (alternatively, I could've messaged the host via the Booking app to open the doors).
This is a cozy apartment where you can feel at home directly in the city center of Caen. The host welcomes us with a bottle of cold water (in the summer heat) and a bottle of wine. The contact with the host was friendly, easy, and immediate. All facilities were according to the description, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The small terrace is adorable. We were afraid of the noise caused by the city's nightlife, but even Friday evening was pretty calm and quiet.
A truly exceptional studio apartment, with everything that you would expect - modern and roomy bathroom, large comforable bed, excellent kitchenette, and good wifi. Also, the location was perfect - in a residential road, but only steps away from shops and bars, and within walking distance of public transport and all the main touristic sights in Caen centre. On this occasion I only stayed for a weekend but I would happily return for a much longer stay.
Good size for family if 4 . Good kitchen and lounge area . Nice layout and design , could use a little freshen up .
Good location to explore the region, we travelled to D-Day beaches , Bayeux , all easily reached . Caen interesting to explore with plenty of restaurant options a short walk from the house also .
The welcome from Stephane was nice, he arranged a taxi to travel from Gare de Caen to accommodation. He did kindly bring me bath towels and drying cloth for the kitchen when requested.
