Perfect! Excellent center ville location. Just next to Halles St.Louis. Host allowed a late checkout on short notice too! Plus the free parking in front of the garage right at the entrance to the flat really comes in handy! The courtyard in the interior is just out the door from the flat and is perfect for a breath of fresh air, to check the weather before leaving for the day or coffee and a smoke. Bravo Jean-Paul! Hopefully this place will be available for my next trip!

We were doubtful about staying here after very critical reviews about the hotel parking but we had no problem at all. There are two lifts up from the car park. Having to pay for parking seemed to be worth the small cost because in the surrounding area it was difficult to stop for long enough to check in let alone stop for a longer time. The room lighting was good and the kitchen was fine. We had a walk in shower with good hot water. The hotel was quiet and there was a supermarket close by.
I liked having a very nice apartment with a terrace for myself. Everything was clearly explained before arrival and the host answered questions immediately via mail. Everything one would need was present in the kitchen and bedroom (iron, iron board, kettle, coffee machine kitchen utensils, etc. The bedding was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment was very nice and comfortable. Wifi and TV worked very well. I also felt very safe although I was alone. Thank you very much.
The apartment is spacious, there's lots of natural light and the decor is perfect for the theme of sea faring. It feels recently renovated so all very new and clean. The owners were very easy to contact, were responsive and caring. It's about a 15min walk from Brest train station. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had lots of room, one bedroom for each member of the family plus it was nice to have the open kitchen and living room. Laundry facilities were great. Good location. Close to shops, food.
I loved everything about it - the view was very nice of the harbor and the sea. The accommodation manager was in touch with me with any questions. The place is located high up with a beautiful view. I would recommend having a car for these apartments then it may not be convenient to walk to the apartment. Inside there is everything you need to live - heating, shower, large kitchen.
