Vincent is Super helpful and a wonderful host. Beautiful Views of the mountains from both balconies. Apartment located very close to tram 17 terminus, so you can travel easy to Geneva. Annemasse train station is 10-12min walk. Restaurants & groceries close by

Spacios apartment with convenient location. Tram stop is just a 2 min walk away and you can go to central Geneva from there. Kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is very quiet.
The apartment was clean and okay for a short stay. The kitchen was fine for cooking our own meals which saved a lot as eating out in Geneva is quite expensive.
This place was filthy it should not be in booking.com also a security risk we had people knocking on our doors because a crime had taken place in the build. Come areas like elevator are filthy and smelly. It was the worst experience rooms are dirty kitchen and it's utensils filthy, they was a mould plate in the microwave. Just appalling.
Location was perfect for us as was a stop to get to Annecy the next day, coming in late was very easy and the team were very helpful with my questions! Room was tidy and clean, could stay for multiple nights as there was a small kitchen, bed was a bit uncomfortable but similar to other budget stays. Close to shops, bars, fast food.
We used this apartment as a stop off on our way home from the Italian Alps. For this it was perfect. Room for a family of four, well equipped kitchen and easy parking We only ventured as far as Lidl which was 2 doors down so can't comment on location. Owner was lovely and very attentive.
Located near the tram station, and you can easily reach both Geneve and Annemasse city center by tram. Carrefour Express, Casino supermarket and some restaurants are in vicinity. The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked some meal there. Nice, spacious and budget apartment.
Nice, quiet, clean, roomy apartment. It had a nice, well equipped kitchen. Good dining area. It also had a good TV even though we didn’t use it much. All beds were comfortable. The apartment was close to public transport which meant it was easy to commute to Geneva and it was close to useful shops like the supermarket etc.
